If you are exercising your right to change your mind and cancel the contract, you can cancel your order within 14 days. Please inform us of your decision and arrange a return. Full refund will be issued for the orders cancelled before dispatch or returned unopened and unused, in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 

Customers will assume responsibility for all return and exchange shipping charges and if applicable duties, taxes and other changes associated. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns or cancellations of products where foodstuffs have been opened, unless the products are of unsatisfactory quality. 

Any faults, also any loss or damage occurred during delivery or missing items in your order must be reported to info@theirishteacompany within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will do our best to rectify the problem and may ask you to return purchases within a reasonable timeframe, with an explanation of the problem, and we will offer a refund or exchange. Claims may not be granted outside of the 48hr timeframe.

The Irish Tea Company shall have no liability to the customer, in circumstances where damages or delays of the goods delivered are caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
