In addition to collecting nectar the bees also take home some pollen in the form of neat pellets, which they pack in 'pollen baskets' on their hind legs. Our pollen is a natural product and has not been altered or processed in any way. The pollen grains have been dried gently and cleaned from dust particles.
 
Bee pollen contains all amino acids, vitamins and minerals, it is rich in enzymes and co-enzymes, fatty acids, and proteins. Pollen is believed to have anti-inflammatory properties, and might help to nourish the brain and nervous system, support immunity and energy levels. Best to take 2-3 teaspoons for a period of 8 weeks to achieve maximum results. Use bee pollen on cereals, muesli, porridge, in yoghurt or mixed with honey.
